Classic rule of real estate: Buy the least expensive property in the most expensive neighborhood. Enjoy the same amenties-four pools and access to world-famous Keawakapu Beach as the units asking over a million dollars. And there's already a tenant in place. Renovate it your way when the time comes instead of paying for someone else's remodel which may not be to your taste(Bathroom was remodeled in early 2017). Very private garden view and location with easy access to one of the smaller pools if you "vant to be alone". Or, walk down the beautiful green belt (no developer will probably do that again) to the main pool where all the action is and for beautiful sunsets.
